KICK STOPS warrants to the Reseller and the original end user of any KICK STOPS product that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

The remedies for a defect in material or workmanship are limited to repair or replacement of any non-conforming product. KICK STOPS will repair or replace, without charge, any KICK STOPS product that does not conform to its warranty only if a reseller or an original end user gives us notice of a defect in material or workmanship within the period specified at https://kickstops.net/warranty/.

Any failure of any KICK STOPS product that is due to damage or misuse, such as excessive force, improper installation, or application of power more than specified ratings is not covered by this warranty.

KICK STOPS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING LOSS OF BUSINESS OR PROFITS) OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES DUE TO FAILURE OF A KICK STOPS PRODUCT. INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS A LIMITED WARRANTY. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE WARRANTIES ON THE FACE HERE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY.

Remedies and Liabilities

RESELLER AGREES THAT KICK STOPS’S LIABILITY AND RESELLER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM OF ANY KIND HEREUNDER OR RELATING TO THE GOODS OR SERVICES DELIVERED BY KICK STOPS SHALL BE THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AT KICK STOPS OPTION OF DEFECTIVE GOODS OR SERVICES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL KICK STOPS HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING LOSS OF BUSINESS OR PROFITS) OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR SHALL RESELLER BE ENTITLED TO OBTAIN INJUNCTIVE RELIEF AGAINST KICK STOPS FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER.

Return Material Program

Product being returned due to customer purchasing or shipping error must be returned within 30 days of ship date. An RMA number must be obtained from KICK STOPS prior to the return of any merchandise. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a restocking fee of 15% of goods returned will be assessed. Additional costs may apply in unusual circumstances (ex. large order quantities). We will do our best to work with you in good faith to minimize the cost. Products not in resalable condition or custom orders cannot be returned.
